Um Vorlagen, wie z.B. Pinsel-Spitzen oder ähnliches, zu installieren, müssen diese nur in das entsprechende Vorlagen-Verzeichnis kopiert werden. Unter MacOS X befindet sich dieses im versteckten Bibliotheks-Ordner des Benutzers:

===== Grafiken als ICO oder CUR speichern =====

Um Grafiken im ICO- bzw. CUR-Format für [[windows:start|Windows]] zu speichern (z.B. für Favicons als ''favicon.ico''), benötigt Photoshop ein Plugin:

Nach der Installation des Plugins stehen die Formate ICO und CUR im Speichern-Dialog zur Verfügung.
